On Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27, 2014, Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office will be hosting the Arrive Alive Tour. The event is aimed to help educate and prevent teen texting and driving and teen drinking and driving.  According to the YOVASO (Youth of VA Speak Out About Traffic Safety) website, in 2012 in Virginia alone 83 teens were killed, 8,405 teens were injured and 1,376 teens
